Port Macquarie Physio and Pilates is at two locations. We have six experienced physiotherapists at Murray Street and the Lake Innes Medical Centre in the Coles Shopping Village. Our major focus is on sport's injuries and musculoskeletal physiotherapy which includes spinal, knee, hip, ankle, shoulder problems and arthritic conditions as well as post-operative rehabilitation and womens' health.

Both our clinics offer experience and expertise with all physios having an interest in excercise and self management strategies as well as techniques to improve pain and restore movement. Kelly Woosnam, Catherine McLean and Carly Groves have been practicing quality physiotherapy in Port Macquarie for many years and are all available at our Lake Innes Practice.
